The City of Bowie, Maryland requests Statement of Qualifications for ongoing asphalt maintenance at City-owned Parks and facilities in Bowie, Maryland. Electronic (pdf) SOQs will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4861_On_Call_Contract_Services_For_Asphalt_Paving_Maintenance_Services until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any proposals.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Qualifications are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4861_On_Call_Contract_Services_For_Asphalt_Paving_Maintenance_Services prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Wednesday, November 5, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and documents.
