Failure to provide documentation demonstrating the following required qualifications may result in the Contractor being deemed non-responsive.
Supporting documentation to be included with this bid includes:
Provide an Authorized Manufacturer's Letter within three (3) days of the City's request that proves your company is an authorized dealer/reseller of OEM SEEPEX parts.
Maintain full-time business address, telephone, and email contact. Provide full-time business address, telephone, and email contact within three (3) days of the City's request.
Have the ability to supply the full range of OEM SEEPEX catalog items required for ongoing maintenance of AW equipment. Provide the full range of OEM SEEPEX catalog items within three (3) days of the City's request.
Have a minimum of three (3) years' experience supplying industrial pump parts, mechanical equipment, or OEM components to government, utility, or industrial customers. Submit SUBMITTAL - Offeror References with your solicitation response.
Provide OEM manufacturer warranty support and documentation within three (3) days of the City's request.
