The City of Mobile is seeking sealed proposals from contractors to install, repair, and maintain security camera systems located in public spaces throughout the City. The City operates over 1500 public facing security cameras throughout the City, and expects this number to grow to nearly 3000 within a year.  These cameras provide a critical piece of the City’s efforts to protect persons and property, promote public confidence in the safety of City public spaces, deter illegal activity, and investigate recorded incidents.  These cameras are effective only if they remain reliably selected, placed, and operational.  To achieve this, the City requires on-call Contractor support to install, diagnose, repair, replace cameras as needed, and intends to select a single well-qualified Contractor to perform this work as needed.
Sealed proposals are due 4:00 pm, Friday, July 18, 2025 July 25, 2025.
The City will host a mandatory pre-proposal conference via Microsoft Teams at 10:00 am, on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Interested attendees should send an email to Purchasing@CityofMobile.org for the meeting link.

Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the Purchasing Department before the date and time of the bid opening.
