Project Description: Henry County Schools is soliciting information and/or statements from vendors that provide vending machines with nutritious food offerings as well as snacks. This Request for Information (“RFI”) is intended to gather comparable details of offerings within the marketplace. A list of one or more responsive and responsible vendors may be the result through this RFI and establish an invitation list for future solicitations if deemed necessary. Within this document, the terms Respondent, Offeror, Vendor, and/or Contractor are synonymous and refer to the person, entity or firm that submits a response to this RFI.
