    The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest District
    (SW District) is requesting bids for Polypropylene (Poly) Culvert Pipes from a vendor
    who must certify the end products meet the attached specifications. The
    solicitation will be awarded by group on a firm fixed pricing, "low bid"
    basis and pricing must remain in effect for no less than 90 days at which
    time if an order has not been placed, any supplier submitted bid will be
    considered expired.
