Project Description: Preparation, Painting, and Flooring Installation.
a. Remove and dispose of all wall base and flooring.
b. Clean and prepare the subfloor to include leveling where necessary.
c. Clean walls and doors; repair all surface imperfections on the walls and doors including cracks, holes, and other damage.
d. Prime and paint walls, doors, and door trim with low-VOC, commercial-grade paint designed for high-traffic, heavy-duty areas and commercial environments.
e. Install new wall base, carpet tile flooring, and/or waterproof plank flooring.
f. Adjust doors as required for clearance over new flooring.
