Project Description: The University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) Various Sites Septic System project consists of decommissioning of an existing cesspool and installation of new Individual Wastewater System (IWS) at the CTAHR Poamoho Research Station in Waialua, Oahu. Scope of work includes selective demolition, cesspool closure in compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations, soil sampling to assess containments in site soils, earthwork, septic system installation (septic tank and leach field chambers), plumbing, and miscellaneous related work.
