Elevator Preventive Maintenance Services.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept proposal for Elevator Preventive Maintenance Services.

Proposals will be accepted by the OWNER on-line via Bonfire until 12:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, May, 14, 2025. The OWNER will then make the decision of award and contact the individual proposers with the decision on or after Friday, May 30, 2025.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be executed by the winning PROPOSER may be obtained on or after the date of award at the Springville City Offices, upstairs in the Community Development Office. These CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will include an agreement to be signed by both the PROPOSER and the OWNER prior to any work commencing.

All communication relative to the Project and any questions which PROPOSERs may have concerning the project shall be submitted in the Public Q&A section of the Messages section on Bonfire.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any proposal; or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the City.
