Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis and must support a range of employee groups, including executive leadership, people leaders (managers and directors), leadership and individual contributors. AER is seeking service provider(s) capable of delivering flexible, responsive, and high-quality personalized support that aligns with AER’s approach to employee transitions and overall employee experience.
Services may be required both virtually and on-site across locations within Alberta, and respondents must demonstrate the ability to effectively support both individual employee transitions and larger-scale organizational change initiatives, including the capacity to respond to time-sensitive service requests.
