Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at DPW Field Office
located on the 3rd Floor of 1118 'F' Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501 until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Local time,
on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 for DPW Project 26302 Lewiston Office Restroom & Breakroom
ADA Upgrade, Labor, Lewiston, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include This project consists of ADA
improvements to the Lewiston Department of Labor basement restrooms and modifications to the breakroom.
Restroom work includes expanding door openings, demolition of existing layouts, installation of compliant
water closets, reinstallation of restroom accessories, new tile, painting, updated lighting fixtures, and signage.
Breakroom improvements include demolition of existing cabinetry, hotplate, and recirculating hood,
installation of new custom cabinetry, fire extinguisher with cabinet, and painting.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, September 10, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pacific
Local time, at the Labor Building, 1158 Idaho Street, Lewiston, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to
attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
