The City is not responsible for any delays caused by the check-in process. Bids will not be accepted after the specified deadline, regardless of circumstances. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely submission.
The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any minor irregularities. ******If the bidder submits both an electronic bid and a properly completed manual bid, the Purchasing Division will use the electronic bid to determine the total bid amount of the bid.
