Single Source - Case File Management System Maintenance

NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Case File Management System Maintenance
The identified vendor will:
1. Provide technical services for the Shelby County District Attorney Office's existing case
file management system (JustWare).
2. Possess capability to resolve tickets related to SSRS reports, JDA Documents, Business
Rules, and SQL scripts.
3. Provide technical assistance with respect to the Case File Management Systems
interactions with the County's CMS, including but not limited to, questions about
the functionality of the CMS, assistance with the resolution of error messages and
consulting with process questions. Services include troubleshooting the CMS as
needed to resolve issues.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Professional services to be rendered for the period of July, 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on September 22, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
