Project Description: The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for furnishing of vehicle towing service for the Wilson Tunnel, Island of Oahu. The scope of work consists of furnishing and having on duty a tow truck and driver near the Kaneohe Portal of the Wilson Tunnel to assist and remove disabled vehicles from the roadway to a designated drop-off site. Towing service will be provided Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays, during the hours of 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
