Scope

5.1.1The Montgomery County Office of Broadband Programs, in the Department of Technology and Enterprise Business Solutions, has been assigned the responsibility of working with organizations that engage, teach, supervise and assist Montgomery County youth (children aged 11 - 21) in the creation of video content for airing on the various media platforms of the County's Public, Education and Government (PEG) Channels.

5.1.1.3. Education - Montgomery College - (MCTV)
5.1.1.4. Montgomery County Public Schools - (MCPSTV) Instructional TV - 2 channels
5.1.1.5. Government - County Cable Montgomery (CCM), Montgomery Municipal Cable (MMC) Rockville 11
5.1.1.6. Takoma Park City TV

5.1.1.8. Note that members of the County’s cable access operations are not eligible to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation.
