The City of Ithaca is requesting proposals for professional services to perform a Condition Assessment and prepare a Report for Green Street Parking Garage as requested by the City of Ithaca and Ithaca Fire Department. Green Street Parking Garage(located at 120 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850) is a single threaded helix PT Reinforced Concrete design consisting of seven levels and approximately 460 parking spaces. The consultant shall provide engineering services related to the following engineering/Inspection tasks:

- Engineering Condition Assessment

- Condition Survey Report
