Project Description: MES is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of securing a contractor capable of performing the work that is required before a weather station can be erected. The contractor shall be responsible for excavation, trenching and laying conduit, concrete, placing embeds (provided) h-frame construction, and chain-link fencing. The concrete blocks will serve as the foundation of a 33’ aluminum truss, a rain gauge, and a solar panel.
