Starting at the coast near the southern most point of PR-136 (marked in blue), continuing to PR-136, continuing to PR-335, continuing to 127, continuing to PR-136, continuing to PR132, continuing to Avenida Circunvalacion, continuing to PR-123 South, continuing to PR-9 East continuing to PR10, continuing to PR-52 North, continuing to PR-1 until PR-1 meets Calle Magnolia, continuing south to the coast line, traveling the coast line all the way back to beginning coast line point at the southernmost part of PR-136.

Additional Requirements:
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
