The City of Spokane Water Department is seeking the services of an underwater work/diving contractor for a multi-year, on call contract at the Upriver Hydroelectric Project located at 2701 N Waterworks St, Spokane WA 99212.-
This will be an As-Needed contract , over a three-year period with a one-year renewal option.
For multi-year contracts and/or contract extensions, prevailing wage rates must be updated annually for services that are subject to prevailing wage.
