Golden Sierra MHP Consolidation Project

Project Description
Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) is seeking qualified contractors for the Golden Sierra MHP Consolidation Project. In general, the project will consist of the installation of new master water meter assembly and backflow prevention device along with a 4-inch water main connecting the TUD water system to the mobile home park’s existing water system, along with the destruction of the park’s existing groundwater wells and other appurtenant structures at the Golden Sierra Mobile Home Park on Tuolumne Road, in Tuolumne County, CA.

July 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.

Bids
Sealed proposals for the Golden Sierra MHP Consolidation Project addressed to the Tuolumne Utilities District, 18885 Nugget Boulevard, Sonora, California 95370, will be received at the office of the District until 2:00 p.m., local time, on July 2, 2026, and will then be publicly opened and read.
