Legislative Representation Services

Project Description: Request for Proposals (RFP) from experienced firms that are authorized and licensed to provide Legislative Representation Services for the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (AUTHORITY) in conjunction with the requirements in the RFP.
Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Participation: Not Applicable
Questions and Answers: The AUTHORITY provides a specified time for PROPOSERs to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Bonfire by the date and time specified in the RFP document (including any addenda). The AUTHORITY will respond to all questions through Bonfire, that may include a written Addendum.
Submittal Instructions: PROPOSER MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the AUTHORITY to receive a valid response through Bonfire. Refer to Bonfire for submittal instructions. It is the PROPOSER's sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through Bonfire by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The AUTHORITY will not consider proposals received by other means. PROPOSERS are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the PROPOSER is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Bonfire, immediately notify the RFP Contact (Purchasing Agent), and then contact Bonfire for technical assistance.
