25-030 (LC) Lease of Vacant SAISD Buildings

Project Description: The San Antonio Independent School District (“SAISD” or “the District”) is soliciting proposals from persons or organizations (“Offeror”) for the lease of designated SAISD’s vacant real properties (“Property”). SAISD and Offeror may be collectively referred to as “parties”. SAISD will consider timely submitted proposals. SAISD may select the proposal which was timely submitted, responsive to the RFP specifications, and most satisfies the interests of SAISD, as determined by SAISD in its sole discretion. However, SAISD is not required to select or accept any proposal, and may reject all submissions.
