Stop Loss Insurance

Project Description: One electronic proposal for Stop Loss Insurance, must be received from eligible Proposers, submitted to the School Board’s Procurement Services Department, Euna Procurement Platform no later than 2:00 PM EST, on August 27, 2026, to be considered. Proposers that do not comply with the School Board’s procedures or deadlines will not be considered. The School Board will retain all proposer information received. The Euna Procurement electronic platform will not allow submissions after the opening date and time, and therefore late proposals will not be accepted or considered for award.
The District desires secure firm pricing from qualified insurance carriers or authorized representatives to provide Specific (Individual) and Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance for the District's self-funded employee health benefit plan. The successful proposer shall provide stop loss coverage and related administrative services designed to protect the District against catastrophic and unexpected medical and prescription drug claim costs while supporting the District's self-funded health insurance program. The awarded vendor will have a direct contract with the District. The stop loss policy must be compatible with the District’s medical and pharmacy administration and claim documentation processes.
