Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or clarify
the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid. These items
have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: QUESTIONS FROM PREBID MEETING
Q1: Is there water access?
A1: Yes. There is a fire hydrant on site. The county will also supply a meter, but bidder is responsible for getting the water
to the well and the cost of the water. The hydrant is an estimated 590 feet from the well.
Q2: Is there a water discharge area?
A2: Yes. Water should be discharged into the swell and catch basin located on the east side of the pump.
ITEM 2: NOTICE
The vendor shall secure all tools and equipment inserted in the well including drop pipe and pump/motor. The
vendor is responsible for retrieving any appurtenance dropped in the well at no cost to the owner.
ITEM 3:CORRECTION
On page 1 of the bid document, under Local licenses required, remove “Certified/Registered General,
Certified/Registered Master Plumber, or Certified/Registered Underground Utility” and replace with
“Certified/Registered Master Electrician”.
On page 14 of the bid document, under License(s) Requirements, remove “Certified/Registered General,
Certified/Registered Master Plumber, or Certified/Registered Underground Utility” and replace with
“Certified/Registered Master Electrician”.
ITEM 4: CLARIFICATION FOR ADDENDA #1, ANSWER 2 / LICENSING REQUIREMENT
Please note that a Florida Water Well Contractor license issued by the Southwest Florida Water Management
District is required for this project.
A Certified/Registered Master Electrician license is also required for the electrical portion of the work.

Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20250684. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
