Project Description: The last solicitation had a bug that would not allow vendors to submit responses.
PCMC seeks flexible consultant support for transportation and mobility projects that may involve engineering, environmental, technical review, project management, and owner-representative support for City transportation and mobility projects on an as needed basis.
The selected consultant will serve as an extension of City staff and provide independent, practical, and timely engineering support. Services will be assigned through written task orders issued under the on-call agreement. Each task order will define the task, schedule, deliverables, staffing, and budget.
