Description
The Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) is seeking interested qualified medical equipment service providers to submit a Response to this Call for Responses (CFR) for the opportunity to be evaluated to provide Durable and Biomedical Equipment loans, service, repairs, maintenance and recycling through the operation of MCFD’s Children’s Medical Equipment Distribution Services (CMEDS) program. Specifically, the Ministry is requesting Responses from interested Respondents to operate the CMEDS program, which provides eligible children and youth on At Home Program or Health Supports for Children in Care and Youth Agreements program of the Ministry (these programs will be jointly be referred to as “At Home Program Medical Benefits” or “AHP Medical Benefits” throughout this CFR) with Durable and Biomedical Equipment by managing returned equipment, loaning it out for re-use and providing the associated services listed above.
