AMENDMENT 1 (Published 16 September 2026)

The purpose of this amendment is to make the following revisions to the solicitation:

   Solicitation Closing Date: Extend the solicitation closing date from September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST to September 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.

   Questions Due Date: Extend the deadline for submission of questions from September 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST to September 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST.

   
   


3. 
   

   Site Visit: Add a site visit to the solicitation. The site visit will be held on September 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB).

   
   


4. 
   

   Remaining Terms and Conditions: All other terms, conditions, requirements, and provisions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

   
   

The purpose of this requirement is to procure, install, and integrate a comprehensive, high-definition security camera system for Munitions Squadron (MUNS) at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB). The system will provide continuous, real-time visual surveillance, automated threat detection, and archival capabilities to secure critical assets, munitions storage areas (MSAs), and associated infrastructure against unauthorized access, theft, espionage, and sabotage. Please see attached salient characteristics and statement of work for further detail.
