Description
Knowledge Network Corporation (KNC) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced telemarketing vendors to achieve its annual fundraising goals. The successful Proponent will manage all aspects of KNC's telemarketing campaign, including training and management of Proponent's employees who will represent KNC in the processing of incoming donor calls and solicitation of donations through outgoing calls for renewing, upgrading and thanking donors.
Proponents may choose to submit proposals for Inbound Telemarketing Services only or Outbound Telemarketing or both.
Knowledge Network will award the contract(s) to the successful proponent(s) commencing April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with an option for an additional two (2), one-year terms at the discretion of KNC. A Purchase Order will be issued in the beginning of next fiscal period (April 2025). KNC reserves the right to award the requirements to two or more vendors.
