NOTICE TO VENDORS
The Board of Commissioners of Union County, Ohio, will accept
sealed unit price Quotations in the office of the Board of
Commissioners, County Office Building, 233 W. 6th Street, Marysville,
Ohio 43040 until 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, for the purchase of:
ASPHALT MATERIALS
The Quotations will be opened and read aloud immediately thereafter on the
same date and at the same location.
Copies of Quotation blanks are available in the office of the Union
County Engineer, County Office Building, 233 W. 6th Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040.
The legal notice and plan holders list are also posted on the County Engineer's website
home page www.unioncountyohio.gov/engineer under the "Bid Info" section. In accordance
with Ohio Revised Code Section 307.87 this shall serve as notification that this notice is
available on Union County's internet website.
Each vendor providing a quotation for the liquid asphalt material is required to furnish a Bid
Guaranty and Supply Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject
any/or all quotations.
