QUOTATION
The Board of Commissioners of Union County, Ohio, will accept sealed unit price Quotations in the office of the
Board of Commissioners, County Office Building, 233 W. 6th Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040 until 9:30 AM on
Wednesday, April 8, 2026, for the purchase of AGGREGATE MATERIALS and CONCRETE MATERIALS.
The Quotations will be opened and read aloud immediately thereafter on the same date and at the same
location.
1. AGGREGATE MATERIALS and/or QC1 and/or QC2 CONCRETE and/or CDF
FLOW MIX shall conform to the 2023 edition of the Construction and Material
Specifications of the Ohio Department of Transportation.
2. The unit prices quoted shall remain in effect through December 31, 2026.
3. AGGREGATE MATERIALS shall be priced per ton and shall be F.O.B. plant.
4. QC1 and QC2 CONCRETE and CDF FLOW MIX shall be priced per cubic yard
and shall include delivery. Please submit ODOT approved mix designs for
both QC1 and QC2 concrete for 2026 with your quotation. These mixes will
be required for all concrete ordered in 2026 unless otherwise specified by
the Union County Engineer.
5. Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) provided must be crushed material.
6. Selection of vendor will be based on the length of haul and the availability of
materials. Payment for materials will be based upon the vendor's monthly
statement.
7. The Board of Commissioners of Union County reserves the right to reject any or
all quotations and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any quotation.
