Brief Description of Work
The scope of work detailed in this RFP is intended to provide strategic advice and intermittent support in developing, designing, reviewing, and writing materials when required for BC Housing. The scope listed here is non-exhaustive but inclusive of major work activities that the Selected Proponent will be responsible for:
- The provision of strategic communications counsel and expert advice;
- The provision of crisis and issues management advice and support;
- The provision of strategic advice on content and branding (including social media/web audits, creation of strategy drafts and program launch support);
- Supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns for public services and programs (including advertising);
- Supporting the development and delivery of public relations strategies, stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans; and
- The provision of ad-hoc communications support, as required.
BC Housing is seeking a consultant to provide strategic advice and intermittent support in developing, designing, reviewing, and writing materials when required for the Communications branch of BC Housing. The Communications branch continues to expand areas such as brand management, community and stakeholder engagement, media relations, issues management, social media and digital management, proactive communications, and internal communications functions.
