The scope of work includes shingle and flat roof replacement, new rain gutter system, windows and door replacement with impact-resistant product, entry and sidewalk tile floor replacement, HVAC equipment replacement, HVAC AC duct replacement, exterior painting, and metal terrace pressure cleaning.
