Remanufactured Cummins ISX15 Replacement Engine for the TNARNG

The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Purchasing and Contracting office for United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) TN located at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville TN 37204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial, single award contract. This requirement is being competed in accordance with FAR subpart 13 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333618- Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing with a samll business size standard of 1,500 employees. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) with an effective date of 06/11/2025. This solicitation is set-aside in totality to Small Business entities IAW FAR 19.502. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. Please see the attached SF1449 solicitation document as well as all other attachments.

When submitting a quote please adhere to all instructions annotated in the Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers that is included in the attached solicitation document. This includes submitting the following information with your quote:

1. A completed copy, or a screen shot of completed Reps and Certs from SAM.gov, of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Products and Commercial Services must be included.

2. A completed Pricing Schedule (Attachment 2).

3. Descriptive literature, (or clear reference to furnished descriptive data), containing the following:

- Engine brand name

- Engine part and/or model numbers

- Country/place of manufacture

- Engine photos for reference

- Engine Specifications to include a list of included parts, components, connections and/or any other included components

- Detailed Engine Dynamometer Testing Data and Results, (at a minimum, indicates the following: successful start/ignition, successful operation/run-time, and ranges of horsepower and RPMs operated at during testing)

- A comprehensive list of parts or changes required to ensure compatibility with the Government's vehicle and existing components

- Warranty Information detailing terms, coverage length/mileage
