Lewis and Clark Park Splash Pad Assessment and Master Plan project

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Belgrade, Montana, (hereafter "City") is
seeking proposals from firms to provide professional planning, public engagement, and
aquatic facility consulting services for the Lewis and Clark Park Splash Pad Assessment
and Master Plan project (WO PR 26_01) located within the Belgrade, Montana city limits.
Paper submissions (two official copies) with a USB drive with a digital version shall
be delivered to the City Clerk on or before September 18, 2026 by 3:00 PM MST. Proposals
shall be provided in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the firm's name and return
address and addressed to "Lewis and Clark Park Splash Pad Assessment and Master Plan"
c/o City Clerk at PO Box 810, Belgrade, MT 59714. Proposals may also be hand-delivered to
the Belgrade City Hall at 91 E Central Ave. Office hours for City Hall are from 8:00 am to
5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing party to
ensure that proposals are received prior to the closing date and time, as late submittals will
not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
