The Capital Region Airport Commission (the âCommissionâ) issues this Request for Qualifications (âRFQâ) for Design-Build teams to design, furnish, and install a turnkey Parking Guidance System (PGS) at the Richmond International Airport. The Commission hereby invites interested firms to submit Proposals detailing their teamâs qualifications to provide these services. The services will be administered by the Commission's President and Chief Executive Officer and designated staff and will commence following the execution of a Design-Build Contract with the selected team.
