The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the removal of existing flooring and the installation of new flooring within designated areas of the Henderson Building. The project includes flooring removal, subfloor preparation, installation of new vinyl flooring and base materials, and all associated cleanup and restoration activities.
