Moberly Fire Station #2

PROJECT NO. PR. NO. – 23004

Sealed bids for the construction of the Moberly Fire Station #2 will be received by the City of Moberly, Missouri, at City Hall, 101 West Reed Street, Moberly, Missouri 65270, until 2:00 PM (local time), May 13, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project consists of the construction of a new approximately 7,700 square foot fire station located at 1445 South Morley Street, Moberly, Missouri, including three (3) drive-through apparatus bays, living quarters, office space, and installation of a prefabricated fire training tower.

A Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each bid.

All bidders shall comply with applicable Missouri Prevailing Wage Laws.

This project is partially funded through the USDA and must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA). All applicable materials must be manufactured in the United States.

Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and shall remain irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening.

The City of Moberly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
