Description of services:



The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Headquarters’ Acquisition Directorate, Office of Contract Support, has identified a requirement for a vendor to support, and maintain the U.S. Coast Guard Internet Protocol (IP) based Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems at USCG Sector Delaware Bay Philadelphia, PA. by a Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA). The performance requirements include ensuring the CCTV system at USCG Sector Delaware Bay are always fully operational, with monthly maintenance, software updates and timely repairs, measured by system uptime and response times. The CCTV system is critical to security operations, requiring high-quality standards. Therefore, the service must adhere to industry’s best practices and technical specifications. See Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement for further details of the requirements.

There will be no site visits held for this solicitation.
