SAIT is inviting experience and qualified Proponents in the Luxury Real Estate Brokerage Industry to submit an innovative Proposal response related to their proposed solution as it pertains to the most effective way to support SAIT with sales of a donated luxury condo. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select best Luxury Real Estate Brokerage Company to represent SAIT and manage the sales transaction of a donated condo in downtown Calgary. SAIT is seeking a solution to obtain best value in sales of this donated condo. The intent of this RFP is to enable SAIT to select one Supplier that clearly demonstrate they have the commitment, experience, resources, expertise, skills and professionalism required to successfully supply real estate brokerage services in order to complete the Project.
