The contract will encompass upfitting including light duty, medium duty, heavy duty vehicles and tractors. The contractor must have a facility as well as a mobile unit capable of changing tires on everything from a light duty vehicle to heavy duty equipment ranging from 66,000 pounds to 80,000 pounds.
