CH-53 Aviation Logistics Environment (ALE)

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee delivery order (N0001925F2109) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 to the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, A Lockheed Martin Company to maintain the H-53 Aviation Logistics Environment (ALE). The ALE is comprised of the Sikorsky Ground Based Application (SGBA), Maintenance Data Interface (MDI) and Integrated Support System (ISS), collectively known as the Integrated Computing Platform (ICP).The delivery order was awarded to the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation in the amount of $14,307,520 for the total contracted value.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
