Work Includes: the exterior repairs to the portico include the removal and replacement of the two wooden column wraps with PVC column wraps. The two existing steel posts are also to be removed and replaced with new galvanized members. The column replacement includes leveling the eave. The roof and Z bar are to be broomed and cleaned. Remove and replace caulking at the metal counter flashing at the brick wall.
