The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is the procurement of Uniforms for the Western Virginia Regional Jail.The County of Roanoke, on behalf of the Western Virginia Regional Jail Authority (hereinafter referred to as âOwner or WVRJAâ), invites any qualified Bidder to respond to this IFB by submitting a Bid for such work, service, and/or items consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth.The Owner will review each bid and may elect to issue separate awards to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s) for such goods/services.This procurement is for the on-site collection, destruction, and shredding of paper, media, security id badges, etc, containing confidential or personal information.
