    This document constitutes a RFP from qualified organizations to provide a Vendor Managed Service Awards program to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in this RFP. The contract period is from the date of the fully executed Resulting Agreement through August 31, 2027, with four (4) one-year renewal options. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS (powered by MOVERS). MoDOT will not accept any proposals by email.
