New Access Road at Sofkee Industrial Park

Sealed Proposals for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary to complete the New Access Road at Sofkee Industrial Park located at 3061 & 3071 Kumho Parkway in Macon-Bibb County (the ¿Project¿) will be received by the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority (the ¿Owner¿) at their office located at 439 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201 until 11:00 A.M., Monday, June 2, 2025 at said office. The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for the construction of a new gravel access road, including but not limited to clearing, grubbing, grading, drainage, gravel paving, erosion control, and grassing of an approximate 6-acre site. The Site Work Project will be awarded in one contract and proposal evaluated based on the Evaluation Factors listed in the RFP.
