Olathe Public Schools USD 233 requires professional land broker services to market, negotiate, and facilitate the sale of district-owned land and buildings. The District has an ongoing need for on-call real estate brokers with extensive experience dealing with commercial real estate sales and research in Johnson County, Kansas, to assist the District on an as-needed, project-by-project basis.
The selected broker(s) will be expected to provide the following primary service:
Perform market analyses, including determining the estimated fair market value of potential dispositions, and creating a structured plan for selling, transferring, or exiting ownership of a real estate asset.
Negotiate, together with the District, to dispose of a variety of real estate interests in a manner consistent with the strategy selected by the District.
