Notice of Intent to Noncompetitively procure CLEAR online investigation platform subscription services through West Publishing Corporation

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) requires access to advanced investigative tools and public records to support its mission. West Publishing Corporation proposes to provide the CLEAR platform, a comprehensive investigative solution, to NRC OI users.

The NRC intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract consisting of a base period of October 01, 2026 through September 31, 2027, plus four (4) option years to West Publishing Corporation (UEI: L997DB4PEJL8, CAGE 89101).
