The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), intends to purchase 733 Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) codes from IDI, LLC. The IDI is a cross-culturally valid and reliable instrument which measures the way an individual or group experiences cultural differences and similarities. As part of the MPCA Intercultural Competency Professional Development Program, all MPCA employees will need to complete the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).

Since, IDI, LLC is the only one supplier to provide the IDI codes, this has been determined to be a single source purchase, and no substitutions will be accepted.
