Minnesota Department of Transportation (DOT) intend to renew their current agreement with Wolters Kluwer for Team Mate+ Audit software licenses for a total of 33 licenses which include maintenance and support services. This agreement will be entered into for up to 12 months.

Wolters Kluwer retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates, and patches, which is why this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
