This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Agency intends to receive preventative maintenance on a JEOL model JMS-T100LP Mass Spectrometer (DART-ToF-MS) instrument.
The preventative maintenance is unique to the application being utilized and has been deemed a sole source purchase because Minnesota BCA Forensic Science Service is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The accreditation standards require the BCA to have procedures for upgrades of instrumentation in order to ensure proper functioning and to maintain optimum performance.
