NOTICE OF LEASING OPPORTUNITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sacramento County (County) Department
of Airports (SCDA) will receive offers to lease the following non-residential
office space pursuant to lease terms summarized below:
Property Terminal Building 10323
description and Suites 159-163, 165, 167-169, 184-187, and 189
location: 6151 Freeport Boulevard
Sacramento, CA 95822
Gross area: 2,184 square feet
Uses: Support of commercial aeronautical or non-aeronautical
activities at Sacramento Executive Airport
Proposed * Lease term not to exceed five years and is renewable
lease terms: * Base rent: $2.05407 per square foot/month
* Stormwater Drainage Fee: $0.00709 per square foot/month
with 4.3% annual adjustments on July 1st
* Monthly rent: $4,486.09 (excludes Stormwater Drainage Fee)
* Total annual rent: $53,833.08 with 3% annual adjustments
beginning July 1, 2027, and each July 1st thereafter
All interested persons must fill out SCDA's Leasing Interest Form which can
be found at https://sacramento.aero/scas/opportunities/bids_and_requests
or requested by e-mailing the address below. Interest forms must be
submitted no later than 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time on August 31, 2026, to Paul
Stewart at StewartP@saccounty.gov.
SCDA reserves the right to require detailed proposals from interested parties
at a later date depending on levels of interest. If necessary, such proposal
submittal requirements will be communicated to interested parties via the e-
mail provided on their Leasing Interest Forms.
The lease will be executed in Sacramento County, CA via DocuSign. SCDA
Director Cynthia A. Nichol will execute the lease on behalf of County. For
